Returns and cancellations
We hope that you are satisfied with all the products you have purchased from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please see below for details of our refund policy.
We strongly recommend that all items are fully checked at the time of delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, an item may generally be returned within the relevant return window if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

We are happy to accept a full refund and issue a full refund for a prescription medication if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

You are entitled to return your items within 14 working days for a full refund.
Acceptable returns
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original packaging/packaging as delivered to you.
In the case of medicines, items must be returned complete, in their original condition, with box, strip and packaging intact.
If you wish to return a device that has personal information stored on it, please ensure that you have removed all information from the device before returning it. Painless Solution is not liable in any way for the misuse or use of such information.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable items.
- Unsealed items with a protective seal for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Products for personal hygiene.
- Products purchased as part of a sale and marked as “non-returnable” on the category detail or product detail page.

How can I return an item?
Please contact our customer service department within 14 working days of receiving your items by email or fill in the form on our contact page.
Once you have notified our customer service team to return your items, you will receive instructions on how and where to send or drop off your returns. Options include sending by courier, collection by our delivery agent or dropping off at a designated Pain Free Pharmacy. Please note that all options are not available in all areas and our customer care team will make every effort to provide a convenient option.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning your items and are not liable for any damage caused during transit. Please ensure that they are properly secured and packaged and we recommend that all returns are sent by courier if required.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return within 24 hours of receiving the item. However, it may take up to 30 days for you to receive your refund via the original payment method.
Please note that when processing the return, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to account for any loss of sales in the value of returned items, which may be 100%, if the loss is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.
In some cases, we may only be able to offer a replacement or credit note instead of a refund. We will inform you accordingly once the return has been processed by our returns department.
Cancellation conditions
If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so by logging into your account in the Order History section of the website while the order status is in a created status.
Once the order has been approved by our team, please contact our customer service team by email for cancellation requests. If the request is received before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns and the process described in the Returns section will apply.
